"There is no waste that could not be managed!"

The management of industrial waste is a current economic problem (economic and ecological) with a global dimension, which results from the development of the production of steel products. In the course of its activity for almost 25 years, the Applicant has identified waste that is currently not manageable:

1. Steel curds contaminated with slag - waste that arises in the steel production process

2. Waste from lead production - during this process a material with a high arsenic (As) content is created, which is not available for sale and is not applicable.

The answer to the identified problems is the Applicant's project, the scope of which includes the purchase of dedicated and innovative hammer crushers enabling the reuse of waste and the modernization of the built-up real estate. The purchase of the machines in question will enable the implementation of 2 process innovations in the management of metallurgical waste and a product innovation including the service of steel curd cleaning.

The main goal of the project is to strengthen the competitiveness of ECO-STAL as a result of the purchase of two dedicated, innovative machines - hammer crushers - and the modernization of the built-up real estate, which will enable the implementation of two process innovations and one product innovation: steel clot cleaning services.

The result of the project will be the implementation of two process innovations in the management of metallurgical waste and a product innovation including the service of steel curd cleaning.

"Growth  competitiveness  and  diversification of activities through investment in fixed assets. "

Enterprises operating in the broadly understood steel industry of enterprises affected by the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus will face many threats in the coming months and maybe even years. Industry experts point out that new technology may be the key to survival in the scrap metal industry in times of crisis. At the same time, market forecasts indicate the need to adapt to the new conditions by diversifying the current offer.

The subject of the project is the purchase of fixed assets in the form of machinery and equipment, which will contribute to the implementation of 3 new services on the market and the company's offer, including one innovative service, i.e. not used so far at least on a regional scale.

Thanks to such a project, it will be possible, firstly, to expand the company's offer with new services, secondly, to obtain new customers, and thirdly, to provide an innovative service of processing non-batch material into batch material.

The main goal of the project is to maintain the company's competitiveness and its further development and to preserve the existing jobs by implementing 3 new services to the company's offer as a result of investments in tangible fixed assets.

The result of the implementation of the project in question will be the implementation of 3 new services on the market and in the company's offer, including one with an innovative dimension:

a) Service of cutting rails for metallurgical or foundry dimensions and firing the head from the rails

b) The service of operating production plants and retail trade in the field of waste / material collection

c) The service of packing loose materials.
